What's WAJENZI?

Wajenzi is Swahili for the builders. We call ourselves Wajenzi because we aim to build up our sisters and brothers in the community and across the globe to reach better health, financial, spiritual, happiness, business, and relationship goals.

Wajenzi is a community non-profit organization located in Florida, USA, New York, USA, and Belize, Central America that sponsors many free programs designed to build up, inspire, and help those in need. Our services include free meals, free business guidance, free skills training, tutoring, free mental health counseling, battered women, men, and children rescue, sex and human trafficking prevention, and more.

Here at Wajenzi we don't only see our staff /co-workers as such but as friends and family, the way it should be. Yes, we all work together but there are also times when we come to together and enjoy each others company, let loose and just have fun. This type of environment builds trust and a more cohesive and pleasant environment. No one is treated like just a worker or someone that is easily replaced because everyone that works at Wajenzi is chosen to be there and is not easily replaced. Everyone is valuable.
